We look for **Bilingual Lawyers (Spanish/English) **who can support other legal professionals. Duties typically involve preparing legal documents, Discovery research, administrative assistance, translation of documents, giving clients legal information, and handling a caseload of clients.

**What we offer**:

- Starting hourly rate is between **USD $6 to USD $7/hour**
- **Hourly rate increase** after 6 months of employment
- **$25 Monthly Internet subsidy** after 3 months of employment
- **Health Care assistance** after 6 months of employment. **USD 200**

**Responsibilities**:

- Client follow-up
- Case statuses
- Preparation of immigration forms/processes.
- Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles
- Organize and maintain documents in electronic filing systems
- Gather and arrange evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation
- Write or summarize reports to help lawyers prepare for trials
- Draft correspondence and legal documents, such as contracts and mortgages
- Get affidavits and other formal statements that may be used as evidence in court
- Help lawyers during trials by handling exhibits, taking notes, or reviewing trial transcripts
- Call clients, witnesses, lawyers, and outside vendors to schedule interviews, meetings, and depositions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Great English communications skills** both spoken, and written
- Knowledge of Immigration law, Personal Injury, or Workers' compensation is a plus.
- Law students are welcome to apply
- Experience working for a previous law firm, is preferred, but not mandatory
**- With a complete work-from-home setup (Laptop/PC, Headset, at least 10 Mbps internet connection, with a backup internet connection)**

Pay: $118.00 - $138.00 per hour
