We have an immediate opening for a **Remote Intake Specialist **to join our team.

Relevant experience in legal or office settings is not required but is preferred.

The Basic Job Duties of the position are as follows:

- Follow up calls to gather missing information from new or potential clients
- Receiving phone calls and helping qualify potential new clients
- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard
- Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload
- Drafting and proofreading general correspondence and court documents
