**The Opportunity**:
Star is looking to hire a Corporate Strategy Manager who will define, lead and execute a wide variety of strategic programs and initiatives. It’s a unique opportunity to impact the growth and evolution of a fast-growing consultancy. You will be working closely with our VP of Corporate Strategy, the Chairman and the Executive Leadership team to identify strategic needs and opportunities and drive our efforts to guide Star in the right strategic direction.
In addition to impacting Star’s future, you will also be expected to play a critical role in shaping how our corporate strategy group operates and evolves. We have an ambitious endgame for Star, and you will be central to making it a reality. As Star grows, you will grow and rise as well.

**You**:
Qualifications and experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years of management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar experience;
- Strong project management skills, able to oversee and contribute to multiple parallel initiatives;
- Excellent presentation skills, able to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior internal and external audiences;
- Effective communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders from a variety of functions and seniority levels;
- Strong end-to-end research and analysis skills - rigorous data collection, deep analysis, clear insights and pragmatic recommendations;
- Fluent written and spoken English skills.
Would be a plus:
- Strong understanding of consultancy industry and business models;
- Capable of modeling future scenarios using a blend of financial, operational and market data;
- Experience hiring, developing, inspiring and managing junior team members;
- M&A experience as advisor, consultant or in-house stakeholder;
- Capable of planning and facilitating strategy workshops and similar events.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with joint ventures, strategic alliances, etc.;
- Experience with creating thought leadership content;
- Other language proficiencies.
**Responsibilities**:
The Global Head of Automotive & Mobility at Star is expected to manage and excel in all phases of the sAs a leading member of our Corporate Strategy team, you will be directly responsible for shaping Star’s future across business units and functions. Your ability to cooperate with our leaders will have a tangible impact on the future success of Star.
- Lead the definition and execution of strategy programs and initiatives;
- Shape the agenda for your work, building on your own insights, best practices and learning from working with strategy and industry leaders;
- Support business units and functions with strategic planning and ensure all parts of the company are working towards the same end goal as Star;
- Drive efforts to ensure Star is well-positioned for its potential future scenarios (going public, staying private, being acquired);
- Be an internal champion of end goal thinking, and evangelize our own end goal and the strategy for getting to i
