The Commercial Manager is responsible for managing distributors and key accounts, as well as developing new initiatives that will increase sales and profits. In this position you will: - Work with customer and management to provide and improve sales and service. - Maintains, reviews, and revises costs, as well as relays price adjustments to all customers. - . Manage a sales team > 20 sales representatives. - Understand customer accounts to build the overall business relationship with clients. - Develop and manage current and new sales channels. Create and develop processes related to the management of customers. - Provide analysis and planning to maintain and develop competitive position. Understand our competition. - Perform all sales administrative functions. Establish and monitor sales reporting as needed. Requirements: - Construction materials insdustry and field experience required - 5-10 years in the doors hardware industry, preferably glass & aluminum hardware - . Fluent spoken Spanish and English. - College education or related experience/skills. - Valid driver's license, with overnight and extended stay travel. 50%-time travel required.
