**Experiência**:

- +5 años de experiência con IBM Workload Automation / Tivoli Workload Scheduler.
- Experiência práctica en actualización de IWA v9.x a v10.x.
- Conocimiento sólido de la topología MDM, BDM y agentes en IWA.
- Experiência en despliegues y gestión de IWA en Microsoft Azure.
- Conocimientos de infraestructura, redes, identidad y seguridad en Azure.
- Habilidad en automatización y scripting (Shell, PowerShell, Python).
- Experiência integrando IWA con sistemas empresariales.
- Fuertes habilidades de documentación y comunicación.
- Experiência con planes de contingencia, respaldos y recuperación ante desastres.

**Deseable**:

- Certificación IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Workload Automation.
- Certificaciones Azure Administrator o Architect.
- Experiência en entornos híbridos y prácticas DevOps (CI/CD).

**Responsabilidades**:

- Liderar la actualización integral de IBM Workload Automation de v9.5 a v10.x.
- Evaluar la configuración actual de IWA 9.5, incluyendo agentes, MDM, BDM y configuraciones personalizadas.
- Diseñar y documentar la estrategia de actualización: mitigación de riesgos, planes de retroceso y pruebas.
- Implementar la arquitectura de IWA v10.x en Azure Cloud cumpliendo con estándares de seguridad.
- Ejecutar pruebas previas, respaldos, instalación, migración y configuración de componentes.
- Validar calendarios, flujos de trabajo y dependencias posteriores a la migración.
- Optimizar el rendimiento y validar el sistema post-upgrade.
- Integrar la solución con herramientas nativas de monitoreo y logging de Azure.
- Generar documentación y capacitación para el equipo del cliente.
- Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de infraestructura, seguridad y aplicaciones.

**Idioma**:Inglés avanzado conversacional (interactúa de manera efectiva con equipos internacionales)
