**Role**: We're excited to offer an opportunity for a Web Page Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering web page designs with expertise in e-commerce and direct to consumer brand specifically: landing, product collection, and home page designs, delivered in Figma.

**Responsibilities**:
**Web Page Design**- Design and create visually engaging and user-friendly web page layouts and templates.
- Ensure pages are optimized for various platforms and devices.
- Collaborate with the project supervisors and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.

**Concept Development**:
- Develop creative concepts, mockups, and wireframes for new web pages and website redesigns.
- Transform concepts into high-quality, responsive web page designs.
- Create with the intention to drive conversations and engagement.

**Brand Consistency**:
- Maintain brand consistency across all web page designs.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity.

**User Experience (UX) Design**:
- Optimize web page designs for usability and accessibility.
- Conduct user research and testing to enhance the user experience and design effectiveness.

**Feedback and Revisions**:
- Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve web page content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Results**:

- **Production Efficiency**:

- Complete 1-2 web page requests per day.
- Turnaround web page designs within 1-3 days.
- Address revision requests within 24 hours.
- Complete projects with 2 revisions or less to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Quality and Consistency**:

- Produce high-quality web page content that enhances the brand's visibility and engagement across various devices.
- Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all web page materials.
- Achieve consistent client satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality web page edits.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Web Page Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web page design and UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in web design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, user experience principles, and web standards.
- Ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly web page designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current web design trends, techniques, and best practices.
