El Gerente Sr. de Excelencia Operativa coordina y monitorea todas las actividades relacionadas con “Change-to-Win” (CTW) y Mejora Contínua (CI) y es responsable de los procesos de CTW y CI en el sitio. Liderea y comunica con personal clave de distintas funciones los requerimientos de recursos, ejecución, administración de proyectos, reportes de desempeño y procesos de toma de decisiones. Es líder de entrenamiento de metodologías de CI nuevas y existentes, así como de implementar mejores prácticas.
Funciones y responsabilidades.
Como miembro de equipos de Liderazgo de Planta y Excelencia Operativa, el Gerente Sr. ejecutará el despliegue de OpEx en la planta. El individuo debe demostrar liderazgo en trabajo en equipo y fuertes habilidades de comunicación y presentación. Esta posición reporta al Gerente de Planta con línea punteada de colaboración con Liderazgo OpEx de negocio / región.
Despliegue de programas OpEx en el sitio.
Trabajar junto con equipo de liderazgo del sitio y apoyar en la evolución de mejora continua de sus procesos.
Desarrollar plan de despliegue de OpEx en sitio incluyendo estrategias de “EMS” (Sistema de Administración de Empresa), CTW, Programas de Certificación, Compartir Mejores Prácticas, etc.
Trabajar junto con equipo de liderazgo del sitio en establecer base de ejecución y establecer métricos para procesos clave de negocio.
Implementar mecanismos de apoyo organizacional a la Excelencia Operativa incluyendo foros de revisión periódica, planes de comunicación, programas de reconocimiento, etc.
Instruir, asesorar y demostrar dominio en conceptos y enfoque sistémico de BDPS (Sistema de Producción BD) incluyendo Desarrollo y despliegue de Estrategia (SDD), componentes clave, mentalidad de Cero Pérdidas y herramientas y metodologías relacionadas.
Cumplir o exceder metas CTW a través del liderazgo y / o apoyando equipos FI (Mejora Enfocada) en proyectos de ahorros (Panorama de Pérdidas).
Supervisar equipos de Practicantes de BDPS / organización CI.
Aplicar técnicas efectivas en administración del cambio para transformar mentalidad y desarrollar cultura a distintos níveles de la organización.
Adicionalmente, el Gerente Sr. participa en otras actividades laborales de soporte a objetivos estratégicos de la Compañía.

Carrera de ingeniería / MBA preferido
De 6 a 8 años de experiência
