En **QuestionPro Latinoamérica** estamos en búsqueda de un **Customer Support Jr** a tiempo completo en **Mérida, Yucatán**. Buscamos a alguien apasionado por la tecnología y la capacitación, con habilidades para resolver problemas. Como parte del equipo de Soporte Técnico, serás responsable de resolver dudas tanto para nuestros clientes como para el equipo interno, además de proporcionar capacitación cuando sea necesaria. También tendrás la tarea de generar informes de incidencias y realizar migraciones de cuentas entre servidores.
**Horario**:Lunes a Viernes de 9:00am a 6:00pm

**-Responsabilidades**:
- Proporcionar **soporte técnico** de primera línea a **usuarios internos**.
- Proporcionar **soporte técnico** a **clientes** a través del chat de la plataforma.
- **Identificar y diagnosticar** incidencias en el sistema ofreciendo soluciones eficaces.
- **Coordinar y liderar **sesiones de capacitación para usuarios sobre el uso del sistema.
- **Mantener** un **alto estándar** de servicio al cliente, asegurando la pronta y efectiva resolución de dudas de nuestros usuarios.

**-Requisitos**:
- Experiência en el uso de sistemas informáticos y herramientas de software y/o hardware.
- Conocimientos básicos en el uso de Excel, incluyendo la creación y edición de hojas de cálculo, así como el manejo de funciones y fórmulas simples.
- Pasión por la tecnología y el mundo digital.
- Experiência con uso de CRM es deseable.
- Inglés básico es deseable.
