Collection Administrator Analyst
Collections Administrator Analyst
Purpose
Perform administrative tasks related to updating the unit's legal recovery status.
- Duties
- Make independent decisions for appropriate action to be taken according to documented policies and procedures.
- Evaluate incoming requests and determine if all required information and approvals are included to fulfill the request in accordance with documented policies and procedures.
- Assess risk and determine when to appropriately escalate to next level management.
- Profile
- High School degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
