**Aufgaben**:Mercedes-Benz AG is responsible for the global business of Mercedes-Benz Cars and Mercedes-Benz Vans, with over 170,000 employees worldwide. As sustainability is the guiding principle of the Mercedes-Benz strategy and for the company itself, this means creating lasting value for all stakeholders: for customers, employees, investors, business partners and society as a whole.Main objective: Development and implementation of the Customer Services Marketing Plan (Spare Parts, Service,Accessories, MB Collection) aligned to commercial needs. Establish Customer Services Marketing Strategy to align dealer network to accomplish targets. Develop strategies that support loyalty and retention of customers at the workshop.Main responsibilities:1. Develop a Marketing Plan and KPI’s with the Customer Services area to align efforts.2. Develop, align and follow up the Dealer Network Marketing plan to boost their own strategies and campaigns. Follow up KPI´s to reach company targets.3. Develop and launch advertising and communication campaigns to reach new customers and increase loyalty, generate awareness and sales.**Qualifikationen**:1. Education: Marketing, Communication, Business Administration (Bachelor degree)2. Language (s): Advanced english3. Previous experience: At least, 3 years in Marketing or After Sales areas in Automotive Industry4.
