**Main Responsibilities**
- Support the content creation for instructional design for better practices, process innovation, improve employees experience through dynamic tools.
- Support in the creation of the instructional design based on expert information.
- Participation in follow-up meetings.
- Reporting, registration in our internal platform of course accreditation.

**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, LAE, Marketing, or Related.
- At least one-year left to graduate.
- Experience with Microsoft office.
- Skills: Teamwork, responsible, creative, design, proactive.
- English intermediate - advanced
