Support in the organization and execution of management courses, induction, and leadership programs.**Main Responsibilities**- Support in the management of induction courses, management, leadership programs and events.- Reporting, registration in our internal platform of course accreditation.- Invoice management and support in learning & development initiatives.**Position Requirements**- Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, LAE, Marketing, or Related.- Experience with Microsoft office.- English advanced- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
