**Job Title**:Sales Representative

**Location**:Mérida, Yucatán
**Work Arrangement**:On-site

**Salary**: $15,000 MXN + commissions

Are you passionate about sales and looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career? We are hiring a **Sales Representative** to join our dynamic team in our office in Mérida, Yucatán.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with prospects and clients.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven sales experience** (minimum 1 year, with verifiable references).
- **Fluent in English** (speaking and writing).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Availability to work on-site (this is not a remote position).
- Positive attitude and self-motivation to achieve goals.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive base salary of $15,000 MXN per month, before taxes, plus commission.
- Commission is available immediately upon hire
- Uncapped commission giving unlimited earning potential
- Commission paid monthly as a % of sales net revenue
