**Project** Description**:
The project scope is the development, maintenance, and support for a single-server solution for large contact centers supporting up to 30,000 concurrent agents created by a leading contact center solution vendor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot debug and maintain existing functionality
- Feature development,
- Feature verification testing
- Documentation: design documents, feature test plans
- Work with the team to understand the project scope and produce clean and efficient design
- Follow the customer development process

**Skills**:
Must have
- Java
- Javascript
- Knowledge of popular Java frameworks like Spring and Hibernate
- Knowledge of popular Javascript frameworks like Angular and React
- Networking concepts
- Linux basic

Nice to have
- Telecom background
- Virtualization, Docker
- Scripting knowledge (bash)
- version control, bug tracking systems, etc
