**Description and Requirements**:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Financial Digital Transformation Analyst to drive the digital evolution of our finance function. This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of the end-to-end business from Finance, including financial performance, operations, and strategic objectives. As a Financial Digital Transformation expert, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our finance organization by identifying, designing, and implementing innovative digital solutions that enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable business value.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- **Strategic Thinking**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to articulate the financial vision and roadmap, securing buy-in and support.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the identification and prioritization of digital initiatives.
- **Financial Expertise**:

- Possess a deep understanding of financial operations, management accounting, and financial analysis.
- Leverage financial acumen to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business performance.
- Have good understanding of Accounting and management of expense and warranty cost
- **Change Management and Communication**:

- Champion change within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and digital adoption.
- Develop and execute effective communication plans to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Build strong relationships with business partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- **Project Management and Execution**:

- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement robust project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes.

**Qualifications**
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep expertise in SAP FICO, with a minimum of 5 years of implementation experience, including at least 3 projects in a financial lead role.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners at all levels.
