Overview:
Where you will make an impact
- Develop and drive the required strategy, methodology, and governance for infrastructure team(s)
- Manage interdependencies and integration among multiple technical teams and stakeholders to support overall execution
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive successful execution to meet program schedule
- Communicate program progress and issues to senior management across multiple divisions
- Develop reports, presentations and other high-level documents on a quarterly basis
- Develops and maintains plans outlining steps and timetables for projects related to upgrades and implementations of new products and/or functionalities.
- Interacts with the customer and other consultants.
- Monitors, tracks, and reports project risks, issues, milestones and work completed, as well as work that is underway. Provides leadership for the customer enabling them to stay on time and on task.
- Creates and maintains documentation that describes programs, operating procedures, and installations including but not limited to: internal knowledge base, solutions and project updates.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and self-starter attitude.
- Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring
- 4 - 6 years of proven experience as a project manager or program manager
- Proven track record in managing complex programs in unstructured environments and/or distributed teams
- Experience developing organization-wide processes and procedures for various stakeholders
- Ability to influence people who may not directly report to you
- Experience in a customer-facing and/or an engagement role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically in PowerPoint
- Ability to gather information from different teams and make proposals independently
- Multi-lingual Spanish-English
- Outstanding Fluency in English (Written, Conversational, and General Consulting)
- Proven track record managing multiple high priority projects at one time, similar to a startup environment or high-growth team
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar Project Management Certification
