**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
The CoE North Star Architecture team focuses on the top Premium Engagement customers providing strategic advisory on Enterprise Architecture, Business Transformation Roadmaps, Implementation strategies, Clean Core, Technical Architecture and guidance during all Software Development Lifecycle phases.
As an CoE North Star Architect your area of responsibility will involve the following:
Implement strategies for Software Lifecycle management according to customer strategies, using standard SAP Tools for Both On-Premise & Cloud solutions.
Build solid roadmaps and implementation strategies taking into account business organization and customer main objectives.
Propose and design architecture for complex landscapes including multiple non-SAP and SAP installations, products and solutions
Lead consultant and architect teams to design and build final and intermediate architectures, businesses processes an integration strategies during different project phases.
As part of a global team, you will be working closely with SAP Development, SAP Support Centers, SAP Consulting and Business Transformation areas. Business travel will be an essential part of this role.
**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science or Information Technology.
Ability to analyze complex problem situations and to develop solution approaches.
Excellent communication skills.
Good analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Interested in working with an international team.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Portuguese is desirable but not mandatory.
**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Solid experience on ECC and S/4HANA implementations, knowledge on different project methodologies, experience with Agile methodology is highly desirable.
- Experience in S/4HANA implementations as consultant, lead or architect, on premise or cloud;
- Deep knowledge in Lead to Cash Process, including end to end solutions on this core business process like CX Sales, CX Services, CX Commerce, S/4HANA Sales, knowledge in Industry Solutions is highly desired
- General knowledge on the integration between Lead to Cash Process and S/4HANA Finance, S/4HANA Procurement, S/4HANA Manufacturing, S/4HANA Logistics
- General knowledge on concept of Master Data Governance: Master data objects (business partners, customers, vendors, financial objects) as well as key mapping concept;
- Knowledge of S/4HANA simplification list, SAP products roadmaps and solutions or products that are part of compatibility scope (eg APO, LES-TRA, WM)
- Knowledge on Signavio and LeanIX is a plus
