**RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Customs Compliance: Maintain international customs regulations and ensure all e-commerce shipments comply with local and global customs requirements.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, customs declarations and certificates of origin.
- Tariff Classification: Accurately classify products according to tariff codes and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tariff lists to optimize duty payment.
- E-Commerce Logistics: Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods, tracking shipments from origin to destination.
- Calculation of duties and taxes: Calculate and communicate duties, taxes and other charges associated with international shipments to facilitate accurate cost assessments.
- Customer Support: Provide support to customers regarding shipping queries, customs related issues and delivery schedules to improve overall customer experience.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing and customer service teams to address

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in similar position
- Bilingual English Spanish
