-Job description**Role purpose**

Provide support to Employee Relations team to carry out tasks such asInvestigation proccess - disseminating information, drafting presentations and documents file and document management and being responsible for Triage process to ensure alignment to internal and external policies.

**Main activities**
- Responsible for Triage: analysis, classification, evaluation and risk rating of cases reported by employees
- Investigation end-to-end of cases reported by collaborators related to: Bullying, Harassment, Discrimination, Bad Practices and other via Interviews, Climate Surveys Labor & conflict resolution between employees.
- Platform management (Sharepoints, Service Now, People Soft).
- Executive reports and presentations, information management and KPIs
- Audits and monitoring at a documentary level.
- Paticipate at Anti-Bullying Training for Managers
- Provide assessment for cultural media-contents
- Preparation and documentation of internal processes.
- Translation of documents from English to Spanish (internal policies and processes)
Requirements- Fluent English & Spanish
- Bachelor Degree in Administration, Psychology, Law or similar
- Desirable skills: communication, organization, teamwork
