Plant Intern MX

Inventory analysis in both MXC plant and MTY plant. Review days of coverage of labels and films. Schedule the transfers of materials and their importation, when required, to maintain a healthy level of Inventories, taking into account production times, consumption of materials and deliveries from suppliers. Create new purchase orders.
In addition to that, continue with the implementation of the Web Portal for Customer Purchase Orders. Register destinations and users in the current Portal. Keep the information updated
**Detailed description**

**Materials replenishment**:

- Determine the materials to buy and generate purchase orders
- Analyze plant coverage and make transfers
- Coordinate material imports and send releases to the supplier

**Weekly coverage report**:

- Generate and analyze a weekly report that will serve both the supply and sales team to understand the behavior of materials, coverages and risks.

**Finished products transfers**:

- Generate transfers of finished product

**Update Web Portal for POs**
- Keep the web portal updated, enter new users, new destinations and new products.
- Maintain database

**Implement new Web Portal**
- Owner of the portal updates regarding customers, products and destinations.
- Train customers to use the portal. Generation of a user’s manual.
