**Salesforce Developer / Engineer - Loyalty Platform (Travel Industry)**

**About the Project**

Our client, a major **travel company**, is building a modern **Salesforce-based loyalty platform** that connects booking systems, partner networks, and digital channels to deliver **personalized travel rewards**.
They currently operate on **Salesforce Marketing Cloud** and **Data Cloud (CDP)** and plan to incorporate **Salesforce Loyalty Management** for a unified customer experience.

**Role Summary**

We are looking for a **Salesforce Developer / Engineer** with deep hands-on experience to support the **implementation and configuration** of Salesforce modules and custom functionality.
This role requires strong technical capability in **Apex, LWC, API integrations**, and **multi-cloud Salesforce environments**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Configure and customize Salesforce modules, including **Marketing Cloud**, **Data Cloud**, and **Loyalty Management**:

- Develop workflows, triggers, and Apex classes to support loyalty logic
- Build and test **API integrations** with external booking and partner systems
- Collaborate closely with architects and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Participate in technical design sessions and ensure best practices in development and testing
- Support data migration and environment setup during the project phase

**Required Experience**
- **8-10+ years** of Salesforce development experience
- Proven skills in **Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs**:

- Hands-on experience in **Salesforce configuration and customization**:

- Familiarity with **Salesforce Marketing Cloud** and **Data Cloud (CDP)**:

- Exposure to **integration projects** or **customer engagement platforms**:

- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with **Salesforce Loyalty Management** or **customer rewards programs**:

- Knowledge of **data integration patterns** and **middleware tools**:

- Salesforce Developer or Platform certifications
