Overview Be among the first 25 applicants Location: Onsite 4 days a week in Mexico City Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join one of our clients out of Mexico City, MX. This position is onsite 4 days a week in Mexico City, MX. This team is transforming all legacy systems to modern applications. The primary responsibility of the Salesforce Developer will be building agent servicing/service cloud. This current service platform is a legacy application in Dynamics and this individual will be helping re-write that into Salesforce alongside another team member. Responsibilities Design and deliver Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and MuleSoft platform Play technical SME role on projects to design Salesforce solution design, provide technical walkthroughs to Salesforce developers and client feature owners Provide technical leadership on projects by guiding junior team members to follow Salesforce best practices Act as a key resource for Salesforce technical delivery — build, system testing handover/coordination, technical documentation and deployment activities Lead review of features/user stories, convert functional requirements to technical requirements, estimate user stories, plan team capacity, and work with Product Managers Identify gaps in functional/business requirements and discuss changes with functional and business product owners to align with Salesforce product stack and architecture Design integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth and Single Sign-On Migrate changes from development to test to production environments using CI technologies like Salesforce DX, Jenkins and ANT Manage risks, issues and cross-dependencies; communicate with internal teams and clients to address technical design and functional gaps Debug and resolve technical issues or defects in the production system Assist in writing technical approaches and design documentation as required Collaborate with Product Managers to include continuous technical improvement in the Product Line roadmap Work with Architects to reduce complexity across the portfolio, enhance interoperability, and inform key design decisions Innovate and operate with an iterative, agile and user-centric perspective Qualifications 7-8 years of development experience At least 1 Salesforce certification Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant Student mentality/motivated to learn Nice to have Hands-on experience – dragging/dropping components Benefits Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Motor Vehicle Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
