**Program Manager**

**Primary Responsibilities**

As a PM you will Lead the development and delivery of Electronics projects and also lead a global resource team to deliver to regional and global customer locations.

**Additional details of your job responsibilities**
- Manage the launch of new products consistent with customer requirements and achievement of high customer satisfaction
- Help to manage complex customer relationships for the customer program, engineering and purchasing teams & cascade customer requirements to Project Team
- Accountable for Program profit and loss; and continuous improvement actions
- Accountable for negotiating the scope of new business with customer and setting appropriate expectations
- Lead and manage customer demand and forecast for product delivery & logistics, launch coordination and prioritization
- Lead and manage change control, Project Part Tracker, and single point of contact for customer program/vehicle teams
- Monitors and investigate technical, scheduling, financial and quality metrics, which deviate from established requirements; determine cause and take corrective action
- Managing pricing and prioritization through the change control process
- Schedule and lead gateway reviews as part of Visteon Product Development
- Support Quality and drive APQP process to install strong quality performance across design, supply chain and manufacturing.

**Requirements**:

- 10 plus years’ experience in Product development & launch execution as a Program Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Ability to lead and influence cross functional teams at all levels and work collaboratively in a global environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid financial understanding, risk analysis ability, relationship building and project management
- Desired Competencies/Experience
- Experience with automotive electronics manufacturing and OEM vehicle packaging
- MBA preferred
- Management of a global engineering team and cross-functional disciplines including purchasing, manufacturing, quality and finance.
- Effective negotiation and problem solving skills
