- We are looking for a proactive and autonomous Legal Counsel who can provide legal support to our operations in Mexicoto join our team of Changemakers. Does that sound like you?

**About the job**
- Be a trusted legal advisor supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to long-term strategic success.

**In your future role as Legal Counsel you will**
- _ Provide legal support to our Integrated Supply Chain teams in Mexico, including Procurement, Operations, and Human Resources._
- _ Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts (e.g., commercial, sales, procurement, logistics, and distribution)._
- _ Manage corporate governance and corporate secretarial responsibilities for Mexico-based legal entities._
- _ Assist with compliance-related matters and internal investigations._
- _ Deliver legal and compliance training to business and functional teams_
- _ Collaborate with global legal team members and support special legal projects as needed._

**We believe you bring **
- _
A Licenciatura en Derecho or equivalent law degree from a recognized Mexican university._
- _ License to practice law in Mexico._
- _ Solid experience gained at a well-regarded _**_law firm_**_ focused on corporate/commercial matters._
- _ In-house legal experience in a corporate or multinational environment (strongly preferred)._
- _ Deep understanding of contract drafting, negotiation, and legal risk management._
- _ Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)_

Experience supporting legal operations within manufacturing, chemical, or industrial sectors._
- _ Exposure to international compliance frameworks or cross-border legal matters.System / certificates_
