Bachelor of International Trade or International Business

**Advanced English**

2 years around Traffic (Imports and Exports), Knowledge of Customs procedures.

2 years in customs legislation, trade agreements, promotion programs IMMEX, ALTEX, etc.

2 years of experience in preparing certificates of origin, procedures before the Ministry of Economy and CANACO.
- Coordinate in a timely manner Logistics and Export with forwarders and Customs Agents on future shipments.
- Give timely notice to the areas involved in case of unforeseen events in the logistics or dispatch of goods, for timely decision making.
- Review the advances sent by the Customs Agent for each arrival guide.
- Generate guides for the shipment of goods.
- Prepare letter of instructions for the Customs Agent on the clearance of goods.
- Check that the documents referring to the dispatch of merchandise (invoices, petition, statement of value, spreadsheet, etc.) are correct.
- Capture the invoices and petitions of the dispatches that are in charge in the inventory control system at the Customs level that the company manages.
