**What you’ll do**:

- Lead and oversee the delivery of end-to-end recruitment solutions for our clients across the LATAM region, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate multiple client accounts, aligning the delivery of recruitment projects with client expectations and business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
- Develop and implement processes, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery efficiency and quality.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client leadership, to understand their evolving talent needs and provide strategic insights.
- Monitor KPIs and service levels, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded, and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and regional/global leadership to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in talent delivery.

**You’ll be someone who can bring**:

- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment delivery, or project management, with relevant experience supporting the LATAM region.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, best practices, and industry standards across LATAM markets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Experience working with ATS platforms, reporting tools, and HRIS systems.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese spoken and written.
