Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Member of customer focus team - Main point of contact for customer pertaining to supply chain and scheduling issues - Accountable for all supply chain activities related to customer including - Receive and acknowledge of receipt of all Customer POs - Agile ECO signoff - Compile E&O information and submit to Program Manager - Complete BOM risk assessment - Create and maintain an NPI Tracker for NPI assemblies - Initiate and document cost reduction initiatives - Initiate and manage outside operations - Provide detail to Scheduler for misses due to material related issues on OTD and OTR - Review new quotes and provide feedback to CM’s - Align delivery dates with customers for all products - Work with scheduler to ensure timely release of work orders - Leader of S&OP - Leading performance of “what-if” analysis of requested schedule changes by customer - Assign parts as HOT with ASN Tracking or Hot Parts Tracker - Assisting PM with reconciliation of Inventory Reserves and Consignment Inventory - Identifying capacity constraints that require further customer investment - Understand new customer products and determine lead-times of associated components - Review Clear to Build / Clean to Start with Scheduler and Customer if required - First point of negotiation with customer if purchase orders do not equal forecasts or forecasts changes - Initiating and completing SCR and working with operations to understand capacity and achievable schedules - Working with Program Manager to provide internal forecasts and financial commitments - Participating in structural, weekly, weekly/bi-weekly CFT operational performance review meetings and drive performance along with other key CFT members - Providing input to monthly program reviews - Understanding supply chain portions of customer contract and ensure NeoTech compliance - Run MRP order recommendations and execute changes - Complete material slides for QBR’s - Complete monthly Customer reporting as assigned and per MSA requirements - Drive consistency between Customer forecast and Master Production Schedule
