**Head of Logistics**

**Objective of job**:

- Management of the Logistics Operations in the Plant MAT including the Materials Planning and Production Control functions; coordinates and oversees physical flows and operations within the receiving, storage warehouses, material supply and KS/VK, MM staging and KSK Order Control and Shipping departments, in line with the Logistics function standards, FIFO principle and the management objectives of the Plant TEP..

**Activities**:

- Support the strategic planning of the unit by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the quality department, within a short or medium-range time frame.
- Plan and administrate the budget in his area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it.
- Develop and implement personnel planning in his area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor; also make sure qualified personnel are hired.
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor.
- Develop department-specific goals, break down and prioritize the department goals, follow up on goals and evaluate goal achievement.
