Head of Production

**Objetivo de la posición**- Assure all production processes for ZSB Area in the plant.**Actividades principales**- Support the strategic planning of the department/unit (Abteilung/Fachbereich) by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time frame.- Plan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it.- Cooperate in personnel planning within his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor; employ qualified personnel.- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her; make personnel decision in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor.- Break down and prioritize group goals for associates- Assure all production functions in the area (e.g. production, setup, maintenance, etc.); implement corrective actions for deviations as required.- Assure the production of all parts/components/component groups to be manufactured at the plant site with the greatest possible efficiency and according to custumer requirements in regards to quantity, schedule, quality and costs, and compliance with internal DRX strategic and operation guidelines.- Identify potential, develop suggestions for improvement, and assure the implementation of improvements for processes and structures as well as procesures and methods- Assure the permanent availability and readiness for use of all workstations, machines and equipment by preventive and corrective maintenance measures.- Assure the implementation of safety, health and environmental protection regulations as part of legislation.**Experiência necesaria**- Certificado Ingeniería Industrial / Mecánica.- Experiência en Industria Automotriz 3 - 5 años.- Experiência en la Industria Manufacturera 3 - 5 años.**Observaciones importantes para solicitar Posteo Interno**Fecha limite para entregar el posteo: 5 días hábiles después de la publicación.Para postear es necesario presentar el Formato de Posteo Interno debidamente llenado y firmado directamente al reclutador responsable, y además deberás ingresar a tu sesión en Success Factors, buscar la vacante y aplicar directamente en el sistema.
