Commercial Support Analyst at BairesDev

We are looking for a Junior Commercial Support Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on supporting commercial operations through data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your analytical skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic, global environment.

What You'll Do:

- Assist in analyzing operational data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Support the commercial team with reports, dashboards, and insights to drive decision-making.
- Help maintain and update operational databases and tracking systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
- Participate in developing and documenting standard operating procedures.
- Support the preparation of presentations and materials for stakeholder meetings.

What we are looking for:

- 1+ year of experience with operations analysis or commercial support functions.
- Good understanding of basic data analysis and reporting techniques.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and learn new technologies quickly.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Advanced level of English.
