Your focus will be on lead conversion, coordinating with the sales team to ensure effective prospect management and follow-up.What You Will Do:- Set up meetings between prospects and the sales team to discuss potential deals.- Update contact sequencing and manage CRM data.- Provide daily updates to report spreadsheets based on calls and touchpoints.- Coordinate data entry with the sales team.- Validate prospect spreadsheets filled by sales representatives.- Execute omni-channel outreach strategies for lead generation.- Maintain accurate prospect and lead information.- Track and report on outreach activities and results.What we are looking for:- 2+ years in an SDR/BDR client-facing role.- Previous experience in US-attending call centers.- Background in back-office/admin roles.- Experience with data entry and data research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Advanced level of English.How we do make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work (from anywhere).- Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred- Hardware and software setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours: create your own schedule.- Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays.- Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.- Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.
