**Job Summary**
responsibilities will include negotiating contracts, assessing leads, and maintaining organized records through Excel sheets. This is a support role, working closely with onshore counterparts to ensure the smooth progression of high-level tasks.

**Job Scope**
- Receive and review incoming partnership inquiries.
- Efficiently process and forward relevant details to appropriate teams.
**Outreach and Communication**:

- Qualify and assess the suitability of partners for the company.
- Communicate company's value proposition and requirements.
**Contract Negotiation**:

- Engage in negotiations for mutually beneficial contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contractual alignment.
**Data Management**:

- Maintain Excel sheets to track outreach efforts and lead status (dashboard).
- Provide regular transparent progress reports.
**Lead Qualification**:

- Conduct initial assessments of potential leads.
- Escalate qualified leads to onshore counterparts.
**Productivity Targets**:

- Collaborate on setting and refining productivity goals.
- Align with OM and Operations Leads for continuous improvement.

**Education**: Any related field
**Work Experience**:2-3 years experience in outreach or logistics.
**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work with moderate supervision.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.**:

- Proficient in English, spoken and written**:

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

**Work Environment**:

- Able to easily adapt and assimilate a work environment consisting of different people with different personalities and job functions
- Able to follow and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of working area assigned to
- Can tolerate moderate noise level in the work environment
