**Responsibilities**
- **Lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions to meet business requirements.**:

- **Oversee the integration of Workday with other systems using Rest API and Document Transformation.**:

- **Provide technical expertise in Workday Studio and Core Connector to enhance system functionality.**:

- **Develop and maintain Workday reports and EIBs to support business operations.**:

- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Workday solutions.**:

- **Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday HCM and other Workday modules.**:

- **Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance.**:

- **Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities and best practices.**:

- **Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements to leverage them for business benefits.**:

- **Participate in the planning and execution of Workday upgrades and patches.**:

- **Develop and maintain technical documentation for Workday configurations and customizations.**:

- **Contribute to the continuous improvement of Workday processes and workflows.**

**Qualifications**
- **Must have good experience in PI/PECI and Workday Studio.**:

- **Must have expertise in Rest API and Document Transformation.**:

- **Must**know** Workday security Essentials and Core Connector.**:

- **Must have experience in developing Workday reports and EIBs.**:

- **Must have proficiency in Workday HCM and Postman.**:

- It is nice** to have experience in**the **Devices / SPM domain.**
