Key DeliverablesGrant security access to HR systems and tools following security protocolsSupport new HR technology implementationsSupport testing efforts related to HR technologyConduct data audits to ensure data quality and compliance with corporate data administration, security standards, HR policies, and proceduresProvide general reporting support to the HR and Business community through the preparation and delivery of systematically generated dataConsults with end users on mid-level to complex reporting solutions and reporting schedulesExecutes test scripts for testing of new data elements and releasesDesigns and maintains the HR Data Model and ensures that just one source of master data exists for each HR processSupport other HR Specialists by designing customized reports and providing source dataRuns regular audits over HR data and reports issues to be correctedPerform ongoing maintenance of Workday LMS in the following ways:Loading content and managing course content updates to ensure on-time deliveryDeploying externally procured digital learning content based on needs assessmentsManaging and maintaining Workday LMS curricula and courses as neededRunning reports and conducting analysis to monitor key metrics and drive adoptionAssisting users with Workday LMS inquiries and requestsCreating and maintaining employee training records for Instructor-Led TrainingAuditing records to ensure learning attendance is documented for all programs after training course closesCalculate training costs and send chargeback information to Finance, if applicable; capture training cost in database to drive ROI and other metricsResolve escalated inquiries from Customer Service Rep./Functional Specialists regarding system inquiries or issues**Desired behaviors and attributes**:Deep HR technology expertiseDetail-oriented execution of routine and complex processes (HR functional / operational knowledge)Uses technology to improve and automate activities - deeper Workday expertise to manage complex, back end processesKnowledge of the full HR operations solution and intersection pointsEffective vendor and partner collaborationBalance of speed and thoroughnessRigorous management of data standards across systemsUnderstands the flow of data and system integrationsStrong customer service and communication skillsManage relationships and expectations of team members, stakeholders, and business/technology partners regarding reportingUnderstand GDPR methodology and PII data**Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements**:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field1-2 years service center experience with direct customer interactionExpertise in use of HR digital tools and technology strongly preferredProven time management skills, and a strong sense of urgencyAbility to quickly comprehend requirements and carry out transactions in accordance with set standardsAbility to establish effective professional working relationshipsProblem-solving skills and a customer service orientationAble to run reports, conduct audits and interpret data to conduct analysisConsistent exercise of judgment and escalation as necessary to resolve problemsStrong communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spiritHighly proficient in use of applicable HR technology and MS OfficeExperience with Workday HR Reporting and data visualization toolsContingent Workforce Management ReportingCalculated fields in Workday for reporting is a plusPowerBI knowledge is a plusDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing**Multi-lingual fluency**: English (required) plus one or more of the following: Spanish, PortugueseMay require non-standard work hoursWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
