**Your Job**We are looking for a Business process Supervisor at our office in Guadalajara to join our Procurement team at Koch Guadalajara.**Our Team**This key position will contribute to the supplier onboarding process, supervising and leading the team of Business Process Analysts, ensuring proper execution of the supplier onboarding process in accordance with quality, security, and compliance standards. This role acts as the main escalation point, coordinating improvements and driving operational efficiency while aligning with the company's global policies.**What You Will Do**- Oversee the daily performance of Business Process Supervisor to ensure efficiency and quality in supplier onboarding.- Ensure compliance with supplier registration procedures and security guidelines.- Serve as the primary contact for critical or escalated supplier onboarding issues.- Coordinate with key departments such as Legal, Finance, and Purchasing to resolve incidents and validate processes.- Identify and propose improvements in processes and technological tools.- Provide coaching and development to team members, aligned with Koch's professional development philosophy.- Ensure compliance with ethics, confidentiality, and data protection standards.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, International business or similar.- Previous experience in procurement/data steward- minimum 5 years.- Strong knowledge as data steward- Teamwork- Strong knowledge in Microsoft office suite- Language- Fluent English- Strong knowledge of ERP systems or supplier management platforms.- Analytical mindset with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.**What Will Put You Ahead**- Knowledge of supplier portal/vendor portal- Portuguese language**Who We Are**As a Koch company, Koch Global Services (KGS) creates solutions spanning technology, human resources, finance, project management and anything else our businesses need.
