We want to help thousands of entrepreneurs make better decisions with data and insights from our platform.Position: Strategic partnership analyst**Job Description**:Fairplay is currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our team as Strategic partnership analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with Strategic organizations in accordance with company's overarching objective, goals and strategies.Key**Responsibilities**:- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy- Develop metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.- Partner with marketing, Sales and key stakeholders to translate business level KPIs into specific and measurable goals and processes.- Build & manage relationships across all levels of the PARTNER organization and be a thought partner on new, innovative strategies to drive businesses.- Building close, productive relationships with Faiplay teams, legal, finance, product marketing and direct sales counterparts, for required partner targeting, pipeline development and sales execution.- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management- Research new partners, identify key players and generate interest- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships- Keep a great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership**Requirements**:Essential:- +3 years experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.- Diploma/degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.- Experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.- Highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.- Organized and detail-oriented with solid project management and analytical skillsHighly Recommended- Highly analytical and capable of extracting business insights from data- A strong planner with exceptional attention to detail- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills- Demonstrated cross-functional communication and relationship building skills- Advocate for diversity and inclusion- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.- Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus- Strategic thinker- Networking aptitude- Great multitasking skills- Fluent English in case of a global PARTNER.Bonus- Experience working with an international team- Experience in Project Management.- Knowledge of Ecommerce and Fintech industry trends, and business models essential- Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus- Negotiation and conflict resolution skillsPersonal SkillsPositive personality with excellent verbal communication skillsStrong work ethic and ability to work independentlyDevelop and utilize your skills as a mentor and leaderCharacteristics- Location: Primarily Remote- Position: Full Time- Contract Type: Indefinite with a 3-month trial period- Hiring Model: Registered as an employee with full benefits.- Vacations: company Policies
