Job Description
As the incumbent of this Quality Management System Engineer role within Bose, your challenge will be to guide and support Bose business units and groups to always do the right thing according to IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 standards.
The QMS engineer will assist Quality Management to ensure system compliance & preparations for Management Review. Establish and maintain proper documentation control & distribution. Conduct and program internal and external audits (LPA’s, IATF16949 - ISO 9001). Liaise with external auditors and certification bodies in conducting audits. Be able to analyze customer requirements, developing, and documenting a detailed understanding the potential gap between the requirement vs current Bose Quality Management System.
QMS Engineer will train and guide Bose Manufacturing teams to understand the external quality standards, including OEM’s Customer Specific Requirements, should have experience on the automotive environment business.
Job Primary Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
- Independent, proactive, and able to work with little supervision and operate in a team environment.
- Ability to work effectively with remote, distributed teams.
- Time-management skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Wiliness and ability to learn.
- Resilient, outgoing, and self-motivated attitude.
