**Onsite Network Supporter - CDMX, Benito Juarez**

**L2 support of all incidents**, must respond to all incidents, accept, resolve and/or escalate to the L3 Engineering
- Telecom and IT Support and configuration (cabling, facilities, firewalls, switches)
- Virtual servers and cloud support (Azure) o Basic development knowledge and methodologies (Agile methodologies),
- Knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN), switching & routing.
- Knowledge of server administration and operations.
- Strong technical, logical, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

**Basic duties include**:

- Assist in performing changes and testing after changes. Perform escalations to vendors and third parties to solve incidents and problems.
Expert-level experience with Cisco routers and switches.
Knowledge of routing protocols: BGP and EIGRP. Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to provide technical descriptions in easy-to-understand terms.
Highly self-motivated and self-directed, with keen attention to detail.
**Minimum Requirements**
- **Education: H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent, and CCNA or CCNP**:

- **Experience: 3-5 years experience required**
