**About the Role**:
We are looking for a motivated **HR Associate** to join our team and play a key role in supporting HR processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our Human Resources department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration who is passionate about people, process, and organizational culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**
- Assist in managing HR documents, reports, and employee files
- Support benefits administration and payroll processes
- Maintain accurate records of employee vacations
- Coordinate with insurance providers

**Recruitment & Onboarding**
- Aid in job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding processes and prepare welcome kits for new hires

**Employee Relations**
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries
- Assist in addressing employee concerns to promote a positive work environment

**Training & Development**
- Coordinate internal training sessions and development programs

**Event & Communication Coordination**
- Organize job fairs and coordinate with educational institutions
- Plan and execute “Lunch & Learn” sessions

**Policy & Compliance**
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance through up-to-date and accurate record maintenance

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology**, **Organizational Psychology**, or **Business Administration**:

- 4-6 years of experience in HR-related roles
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes is a plus
- Strong communication skills in **English (90% proficiency)** - both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
- Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable personality
- International experience is a plus
