**What You Will do**:

- Conceptualize and design brand assets, marketing materials, social media content, and presentations.
- Follow and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to bring creative ideas to life.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Oversee design editing, retouching, and asset optimization for various platforms.
- Provide art direction for campaigns, including video, motion graphics, and print production.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to innovate and enhance visual communication.

**Your knowledge, skills, and abilities**:

- 8-10 years of experience in visual communications, graphic design, branding, and digital media.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and layout design work.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD/Figma).
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to support visual storytelling
- Experience designing for web, mobile, social media, and print.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
- Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking in visual storytelling.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in both written and visual communcations
- Familarity with change management inititives in large organizations
- Excellent project management habits to manage expectations
