**This individual will have the opportunity to lead strategically important change initiatives, developing and implementing cutting-edge change management strategies to support Global IT’s objectives.**:

**Beyond personally managing change, this individual will partner with teams across the Global IT function to train and coach colleagues in planning and landing changes themselves. Through building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, this individual will provide change recommendations and guidance to support others in landing change.**:

**In this role, the individual will partner closely with the Strategy and Change Director and the Change Management Lead to grow and evolve the Global IT Change Management Centre of Excellence. This will include running and growing the Change Management Community of Practice; evolving change management strategies, tools and training materials; and, the planning and facilitation of workshops and training sessions.**:

**This person will be a change ambassador and practitioner, skilled in working in a matrix, building cohesive cross-functional teams, coordinating activities across large networks of leaders and ‘influencing without authority.’**:

**Accountabilities**:

- ** Develop and deliver comprehensive change management and communications strategies that drive engagement, adoption and consumption of process, organizational and technology changes.**:

- ** Partner with colleagues from across IT - all levels and geographies - to provide change management consultancy services by conducting discovery work, making change management recommendations, and supporting the implementation of these recommendations.**:

- ** Support the uplift of our Global IT teams’ change management capability, providing the training and guidance in face-to-face and virtual settings**:

- ** Grow the Change Management Community of Practice by planning and facilitating engaging, informative, and collaborative community meetings.**:

- ** Responsible for developing and maintaining Change Management tools, templates, guidance, resources, and the intranet page.**:

- ** Deliver communications to educate on change management and win ‘hearts and minds’ as to why change management matters.**:

- ** Mentor and coach teams and individuals in good change management practices**:

- ** Create plans for measuring adoption and success of change.**:

- ** Perform change impact assessments to identify key risks and resistance to successful implementation.**:

- ** Mentor and coach other colleagues to build expertise within the SPQ team**:

**Essential Requirements: Education/Skills/Experience**:

- ** Expertise in change management, with a consistent record of delivering successful change projects.**:

- ** Experience building out a change management strategy, framework and training plan.**
