**We will count on you to**:

- Assist in the development of software solutions that support Oliver Wyman's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers to deliver high-quality code and actively participate in code reviews.
- Engage in the full software development lifecycle under the guidance of senior team members.

**What you need to have**:

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in software development with exposure to MERN/MEAN Stack technologies.
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript, and frameworks such as Node.js, React, Express.js, and Angular.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is mandatory; other certifications will be considered a plus (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), demonstrating knowledge of cloud services and deployment practices. Getting certified will be a requirement for success.
