**Responsibilities**: - Project Management support of business risk and control oversight and other large global strategic initiatives - Management reporting of business intelligence and other key Investments initiatives - Data Collection and evaluation - Design and provide day-to-day support to management in the form of ad hoc analysis stretch assignments as needed - Coordinating work streams that focus on data, technology, product initiatives - Assembly, development and structuring of presentation decks **Qualifications**: - 5-8 years relevant experience - Required skills include project management, quantitative aptitude, and the ability to effectively synthesize and communicate complex business issues through concise presentation skills. - Good interpersonal skills to oversee cross disciplinary work streams. - Extensive project management and strategic analysis experience. - Interest and experience in the financial services industry, in particular in the areas of technology and data mining. **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, Masters degree preferred Business Senior Analyst / AVP C12 Nível de estudios: - Graduado de Administración, Sistemas, Economía, o carrera afín. - Experiência de 2 a 3 años liderando proyectos complejos de transformación (Procesos, tecnología y Gente) - Inglés nível intermedio Conocimiento y experiência: - Conocimiento y experiência en empresas de servicios financieros o banca de inversión - Conocimiento de metodologías de administración de proyectos Agile y Waterfall - Experiência liderando varios equipos de trabajo multidisciplinarios - Experiência reportando avance de resultados a nível directivo - Experiência en Análisis y diseño de procesos de negocio - Experiência en capacitación a usuarios finales - Conocimiento de Gestión del cambio - Experiência estableciendo planes de trabajo, y metas Habilidades y Competencias: - Persona proactiva - Orientada a resultados - Tolerancia a la frustración - Pensamiento estratégico - Estructurado y Analítico - Resolutor de problemas - Negociador en conflictos de interés - Facilitador del cambio Otros - Habilidades para administración de proyectos deseable uso de Office Project - Manejo Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) - **Job Family Group**: Business Strategy, Management & Administration - **Job Family**: Business Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
