**Your Role**:
As a **Data Architect**, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and optimizing data infrastructure, mentoring Data Engineers, and evolving our data architecture. Your work ensures that data is accessible, secure, and efficient for analysis and decision-making. You'll collaborate with development teams, database administrators, and analysts to integrate and manage data effectively throughout the project lifecycle, supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Architecture Design**: Develop and maintain architecture aligned with organizational strategies; define and document data structures (schemas, models, diagrams).
- **Data Management & Storage**: Select and implement technologies (databases, cloud storage, big data solutions); ensure scalability, performance, and security.
- **Data Integration**: Design and manage integration from multiple sources; develop and maintain ETL pipelines.
- **Data Security & Governance**: Implement security policies; define and enforce governance and compliance standards.
- **Optimization & Performance**: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance.
- **Collaboration & Advisory**: Partner with IT and business teams to address data needs and provide expert advice.
- **Innovation & Continuous Improvement**: Lead initiatives to improve infrastructure and processes, staying current with emerging technologies.

**Who You Are**:

- 3+ years defining data architectures.
- Experience in Data Lake projects and architecture.
- Skilled in engaging with clients to understand use cases.
- Cloud expertise: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Infrastructure: Linux (must), Terraform (desirable).
- Big Data: Hadoop, Apache Spark, Kafka (essential).
- Architectures: Data Lake, Lambda, Data Warehouse (essential).
- Governance: Data lineage, Data Quality (desirable).
- CI/CD: Git, Sonar (essential).
- Data Modeling: Entity-Relationship, UML (desirable).
- Databases: SQL Server or Oracle.
- Additional tools: Sqoop, Airflow, Python, NIFI (desirable).
