Descripción del Rol:

Buscamos un Cloud Architect especializado en AWS para liderar el diseño, implementación y gobierno de una plataforma de datos empresarial basada en AWS.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de definir la arquitectura del Data Lake, establecer buenas prácticas de seguridad, gobernanza, performance y FinOps, además de coordinar el trabajo del equipo de Data Engineering y colaborar con las áreas de negocio para garantizar la calidad de la información.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Diseñar la arquitectura del Data Lake (zonas raw -curated - analytics).
  • Implementar esquemas de seguridad y gobernanza de datos: IAM, KMS, políticas, RLS para PII.
  • Definir estándares de ingesta, curación y modelado analítico.
  • Configurar la infraestructura inicial de AWS (S3, Glue, Athena, IAM, VPC, QuickSight).
  • Integrar fuentes SaaS vía APIs REST (NetSuite, Stripe, Rippling, Precoro, entre otras).
  • Orquestar pipelines con Step Functions y Lambda.
  • Diseñar modelos analíticos para los primeros reportes estratégicos.
  • Implementar monitoreo con CloudWatch y prácticas FinOps.
  • Acompañar al negocio en la validación de KPIs y modelos de datos.
  • Brindar guía técnica y supervisión al equipo de Data Engineering.

Tecnologías Clave (Obligatorias):

S3, Glue (ETL, Crawlers, Data Catalog), Athena, IAM, Lambda, Step Functions, KMS, CloudWatch, QuickSight.

Deseables:

Lake Formation, API Gateway, Redshift o Snowflake, Terraform o CloudFormation, experiencia con integraciones SaaS vía API REST.
