The On-Premise Regional Manager will lead and inspire a team to ensure that Brown-Forman's key brands are built in key segments with the appropriate support to ensure presence and prominence

within the channel.

**What** **You** **Can** **Expect**:

- Actively contribute to developing and implementing the channel strategy, ensuring the correct implementation of brand guidelines, and managing P&L and ROI in projects to optimize investments.
- Analyzethetotalmarketandtargetsegmenttounderstandindustrydynamics,competition,andconsumer behavior,identifyinggrowthopportunitiesforBrown-Formanand ensuringadominantpositioninkeyaccounts.
- Continuouslytrainandeducate(internallyandexternally)onBrown-Formanculture,brands,andvalues,ensuringthatallexecutivesfollow andimplementthestepsofthevisit,useeffectivenegotiationprinciples,andutilize salesforceasaworktool.
- Recruit,retain,anddevelopthebesttalent forBrown-Forman,responsiblefor developingthe team'scareerplansandensuringthecorrectplanningandexecutiontosecurethemostimportantaccounts.
- Manageandcontrolbudgets,ensuringproperimplementationofthebudgetstrategy,impeccableadministrationandcontrolofclientdatabases,andactivecommunicationwiththeteamofwholesalerstoensureappropriate businessprocesses.

- Bachelor'sdegreeinMarketing,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield.
- 3+yearsleadingon-premiseand/orsalesteamsforglobalconsumerproductbrands.
- Experienceinestablishingandmaintainingstrategicrelationships.
- Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
- ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeSuite,Googletools,andmarketanalysisplatforms.
- Knowledgeoffinance,marketing,effectivenegotiations,coaching,andleadership.
