The auto csr position requires a dynamic and detail oriented individual responsible for communicating with consumers and dealer-clients.

Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding dialogue and active listening skills
- Positive attitude and strong phone presence
- Follow defined business processes within the company and sponsor guidelines
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Call center or customer service experience
- Conversational english level required
