As a member of our highly skilled team at Danfoss, you will manage and maintain our global infrastructure. The operations team is crucial for ensuring the continuous and secure running of services worldwide, and we emphasize a proactive approach to achieve high uptime and security. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily IT infrastructure operations and assisting with various IT projects as needed.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- The Senior Network Engineer partners with technology and business leaders in developing networking and telecommunication systems, implementing and maintaining overall IT Networks, and other IT networking strategies and standards for the organizatio
- Perform day-to-day mentoring of the IT Network team members, and coordinate with external vendors/contractors to meet organizational goals.
- Oversee the implementation of network security and audit at the corporate level, and ensure sufficient measures are in place to protect the systems, data, and other information assets.
- Develop, maintain, and administer network operational and administrative procedures and standards to meet or exceed defined Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Strong understanding in automate network related tasks.
**Background & Skills**:
- 6+ years of Network Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
