This includes servers, networks, storage, cloud environments, data centers, and related systems.The Manager will lead a team of IT professionals and work closely with other IT departments to ensure the infrastructure meets the needs of the business and supports its strategic goals. -**What You’ll Be Doing***Leadership and Team Management**: Leading, mentoring, and developing the IT infrastructure team, fostering a high-performance environment, and ensuring 24/7 coverage.- **Operations Management**: Overseeing daily operations, including monitoring, incident and problem management, and disaster recovery planning to minimize downtime.- **Finance and Vendor Management**: Developing and managing the IT infrastructure budget, optimizing costs, and managing vendor relationships and contracts.- **Optimization and Continuous Improvement**: Identifying and implementing improvements in infrastructure performance, process efficiency, and task automation.- **Security Management**: Implementing and maintaining security best practices, collaborating with the security team, and conducting audits to protect the IT infrastructure.- **What We're Looking For***Education**: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.- **Experience**: A minimum of 3-5 years in IT infrastructure management, including 2-3 years in a leadership role in a multi-country environment.- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of servers, networks, storage, cloud environments, and data centers.- **Methodologies**: Experience with ITIL (incident, problem, and change management).
