**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent & Development**
Regulatory/ Internal Controls:
- Actively manage local audit/compliance requests regarding Training;
- Coordinate as key point of contact in HR mandatory accreditations and certifications.
Non-Regulatory:
- Coordinate as key point of contact in HR the development of new initiatives together with the CCO’s business manager;
- Cross Divisional Program: contacting trainers, coordinating with area heads, controlling attendance, logistics, monthly updates of the control spreadsheet, payment, survey for attendees;
- Connect2Learn management: intermediation for new courses input and updates of employee status on completion, monitor status of Mexico trainings, request reports to Mexico regulators;
- Prepare HR dashboards and metrics for T&D initiatives.
**Governance**:
Regulatory/ Internal Controls:
- HR Mexico Policies annual review;
- Back-up for reports to regulators (e.g. internal controls report, Central Bank reports, external audit report);
- Coordinate Onboarding Program session for new joiners to ensure participation in mandatory sessions and fulfillment of mandatory documentation.
**Talent Acquisition**
Regulatory/ Internal Controls:
- Manage interview process for all internship positions, including manager’s interviews, interviewing all finalists and reconcile ‘recommendation form’ for audit purposes;
- Conduct periodic assessments on internship regulatory documentation (contracts, amendments, reporting changes etc.);
Non-Regulatory:
- Coordinate recruitment process with external vendor for approved positions;
- Advisory to managers on selection process and hiring conditions;
- Process payments for recruitment fees;
- Recruitment process in Workday;
- Work closely with Global Recruitment team and global Hiring Policy
**Internal Communications**
Non-Regulatory:
- Support business and infrastructure areas with their internal communications;
- Create HR Communications to be sent to employees (benefits, income tax preparation, union agreement signature etc.);
- Present Internal Communications guidelines in the Onboarding Program;
- Update Mexico myDB page.
**Committees support & Wellness**
Non-Regulatory:
- Support role for the Diversity & Inclusion activities;
- Prepare presentations and dashboards on wellness metrics and budget.
- Prior experience in HR Business Advisor role.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Human Resources functions and advisory role.
- Basic understanding of HR systems and regulatory framework related to HR.
- Great interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- MS Office.
- A strong team player being part of a global team, communicating, managing and cooperating closely on a global level while being able to take ownership and deliver independently.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Able to think strategically with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle multiple demands and priorities simultaneously, work under pressure, in an organized manner and with teams across multiple locations and time-zones.
- Able to connect, manage and influence people from different backgrounds and cultures.
**Payroll**:
- Check the process of the payroll payments (vacation, salaries, contract terminations and occasional payments);
- Check the payroll taxes calculated by External Provider
- Enter payments in SAP in order to have amounts for future credit available;
- Calculate and pay the employer’s union contribution, annually;
- Validate amounts manually entered into the payroll (daycare allowance, allowances, contract conditions, etc.) every month;
- Validate the monthly calculation of payments (in full) and discounts (sampling basis) of the payroll and document the verification to be later approved
- Analyze data and provide information regarding payroll to Managers, depending on demand;
- Validate hiring documentation prepared by External Provider;
- Guiding employees regarding questions involving legislation and collective conventions;
- Prepare Offer Letters;
- Acting as an agent in any labor claim (the agent represents the Bank, together with a Labor Lawyer from an external legal practice)
- Prepare documentation for former employees to meet the demand from lawyers in relation to labor-related hearings
- Prepare documentation requested by several auditing works from the government, including the Internal Revenue Service and Labor Ministry
- Make provisions regarding bonuses and other compensation programs, based on the notifications received every month from dks-aaa Compensation (Deutsche Knowledge Services - accruals & allocations);
- Control accounts under the responsibility of Human Resources, working as Primary Owner;
